So this choir will be quiet til the preacher's speech inspires faith.
We make haste in the race for salacious gossip, goodness gracious, stop it
Different story every morning, page changes topics
You fools confuse news, it disgraces logic.
We need you digging deeper into facts that we never knew,
Not a rag too consumed with ad revenue
to do its due diligence. You influence militants
Who use and abuse and choose to kill through the religions.
It's a shame you went and had a change of heart,
Abandoned random amateur stand-ins to play the part.
If everything we've ever said is all on the record
but no one knows the script, how are we expected to check it?

Now life's quite indecisive, i fully acknowledge it.
Sh*t, I dunno whether to bite this bullet or swallow it.
None of us are leaders, we're all lost, stop followin'.
This mic's not a pulpit, we just soap-box hollerin'.
Intolerant products of a lost generation,
no home to speak of, or notion of nation.
Where no sin is wasted, it's all entertainment.
Insanity's granted to the candidly sane.
But it's been ages the taste is sour,
let's take it back on the basis this place is ours.
And how is it cowardice to want out of this misery?
All these industry gimmicks, submissive powerless imagery.
Every leader we've ever known has grown up and took flight,
but we don't even remember what revolution looks like.
It's a shame we only known what you have shown us,
and nothing's really changed, i'm just grown enough to notice.

So they incentivize survival with a bible, forgiving
that every profession on the planet demands you lie for a living.
You must be forgetting, you'll even buy if you're quitting,

wear Guevara on your shit while you're workin' at Urban Outfitters.
That's how we all became rebels without a cause,
when they bought it out from under us and tripled the cost.
